John-Henry Doucette is a journalist who is the publisher and editor of The Princess Anne Independent News, a community newspaper in Virginia Beach, Va., he founded in 2015.
Doucette previously worked as a reporter at the Times Herald-Record in Middletown, N.Y., and a reporter and columnist at The Virginian-Pilot in Norfolk, Va..
He has taught writing and journalism courses at Old Dominion University and Virginia Wesleyan University.
Doucette lives in the Back Bay area of Virginia Beach.
