SANDBRIDGE — Supporters of the Virginia Beach Police Mounted Patrol braved blustery conditions at Sandbridge Beach on Saturday, Nov. 6, for the annual Beach Ride. Riders came to ride on the beach and support a good cause — the nonprofit Friends of the Virginia Beach Police Mounted Patrol, which helps the patrol itself.
