VIRGINIA BEACH — The Independent News asked candidates running in six local General Assembly races and for constitutional offices in Virginia Beach to answer questions about issues. Names appear in ballot order, and the respective ages listed are as of Election Day, which is Tuesday, Nov. 2 — though early voting is underway.
