I loved the postcard from the city explaining all the new Virginia Beach voting system possibilities and learning opportunities to comment. It arrived in my mail after they were over.
Do you suppose this was a delayed mailing or a post office failure? What do you suppose this little fiasco cost to produce? It remains unclear what exactly is a “superward.”
