COURTHOUSE A man who teaches at Floyd E. Kellam High School on West Neck Road is accused of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a female student earlier this year, according to police.

Detectives from the police special victims unit arrested 28-year-old George Brown on Tuesday.

Brown, of the 400 block of Back Acres Court, is accused of one count of custodial indecent liberties.

Brown is listed as a technology education teacher at the school’s website.
