OCEANFRONT — The City Council relocated its meetings early in the pandemic from City Hall at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center to the more-spacious Virginia Beach Convention Center at the Oceanfront.
However, with Covid-19 restrictions easing up following vaccinations, it’s time for the council to head home.
On Tuesday, June 15, the City Council unanimously approved an ordinance to return meetings to City Hall and provide public notice of the change.
The council is scheduled to be back in its normal chambers on Tuesday, July 6.
