The podcast features a conversation with Chris Gilchrist of the Hampton Roads Morning of Hope, Help and Healing. It will hold its inaugural event to raise awareness about suicide and depression on Saturday, Sept. 9, at Mount Trashmore Park in Virginia Beach.
