BACK BAY — Volunteers from Dominion Virginia Power visited L-Z Grace Warriors Retreat on a Friday in November.

The center, profiled earlier this year by Veni Fields for The Independent News, continues to work toward fully opening, said Lynn Bukowski, its founder.

The Dominion Power workers visited during a community project that coincided with the week of Veterans Day.
